Why do our treatments work when others - even the Dermatologists don't?

Many acne sufferers are given one prescription after the next. From oral antibiotics, topical antibiotics, and/or topical retinoids. Some physicians even resort to oral Isotretenoin - Accutane! It seems when one prescription fails there is always another one to prescribe. We carefully assess the skin and put together a program that is specific to your acne. How should you get started?

Your first appointment allows us to learn more about you and your skin. We will touch, feel and look closely at your skin to determine the best plan of action. We also want to learn more about the products, prescriptions or treatments you have had in the past. We will give our recommendations for how to achieve healthy, clearer skin. This appointment is for those of you unsure as to whether the Acne Edge Program is right for you.

Schedule an Acne Consultation and Treatment- $125

Your first appointment can include your first treatment if you are SERIOUS about getting your skin under control. The Acne Edge Program consists of professional skin care products and a series of Acne Treatments every 2 weeks. The average series can be 6 to 8 treatments (approximately 12-16 weeks). This will get you headed well on your way to clear skin. You will also take home your first set of home care products. The average cost of this initial investment of products can range from $185-$215 (makeup and products for other areas of the body are additional). These home care products are critical to achieving clearer skin and we will give you full step by step instructions on how to use them. The initial product investment will last the majority of your program.

**Other areas of the body (back/neck/chest, etc.) can be treated as well. These are quoted on an individual basis.

At your first visit-

1. You will begin a strict home care program and visit the office every 2 weeks for an Acne Treatment. These treatments are $95 each visit.
2. You will get an understanding of how lifestyle issues, foods, drugs/medications, and comedogenic ingredients can make your acne worse.
3. Your home care program will be based specifically on your skin type and the severity of your acne. This is not a "one size fits all" program.
4. We use products with very active ingredients. We always start your skin out slowly so we can lessen skin dryness and irritation.
